Well most of us here in alaska is to get ready for the winter,Reason why is that the winter depending where in alaska you live.Maybe you live in Ketchikan,or some of the Islands surrounding areas.You see southeast alaska is the gateway to alaska.Its the first place you visit when you come here.If you decide you want more adventure you can take a ferry to Haines where you can drive up to the other parts of this state.Places like Anchorage,or Wasilla,Anchorage is a good size city where there are a lot of things you can do.                                  Now Ian not here to explain the activities Iam here to tell you what to expect if you decide to live here.One of the hardest things to get use to is the change from summer where the sun is up most of the day.And you go to darkness around three o'clock.And when I say dark I mean dark.I was going to work one day you know going to my truck.It was late and I was tired.I looked up and thought I seen the darkness move but wasn't sure

There great foods so many things to do in ketchikan.The number one thing to do in ketchikan is eat and eat.There are so many great spots to call home.You have to come to annebelles to eat they have a wide variety of good clams squid steaks, and the French fries are to die for.After you have had your fill you can walk the streets of ketchikan and try to work off some of those calories.Sometimes you might want to wear a jacket or bring one with you because the weather here changes here very fast.                                                      After dinner and a stroll you can't just walk around without seeing this place for what it is and that word is wonderful.The wide spread of the ocean where you can reach out and touch it with your mind and your hand.When your in the city you here noises that are the city.But here you hear the open fresh air that flows through your hair and into your face and it talks to you.It says welcome to the last frontier gods country where there are
